Well election day is looming ever closer with each passing day. We have seen Joe Plumber not only placated but also become the victim of a witch hunt. As well as be ridiculed by our current democratic nominee and his running mate, for wanting to not have to pay for others American dream. I have to say I am all for not paying for the dreams of others as well as having as little governmental involvement in the economy as possible. You see I am the Average Jill who has dreams of her own and I don't expect other Americans to be responsible for making my dreams come true. I am more then capable of going out and making my own dreams come true.
So why does the democratic candidate want us to pay for the dreams of others once we have attained a level of success. Well as our many political commentators like to say "HE IS A SOCIALIST". With hopes of turning the U.S. into a socialist country and making us work for the collective rather then self and those close to us. Why does he want to do this? In all honesty I'm not sure. Unless its because he knows that he would not be touched by such things since he is among the wealthy in the U.S.. Who will not carry the brunt of the load to make his vision of what America should be come true.
Now I must ask how has this collective vision really been successful in the rest of the world. As far as I can tell it is a resounding failure. You look at countries like the former U.S.S.R. or Cuba. One is struggling to compete in the world market and the other is crushed under its own high minded ideals and that of its dictator. Now don't get me wrong China has been quite successful with this model at the expense of those who do not wish to be swallowed in the collective. Yearn to be individuals and be successful in their own right and that is part of being human. Many of us seek the spotlight a time to shine for our own efforts.
Unfortunately under the Obama Regime such an idea is not acceptable. We would all be forced to become apart of the collective. Giving to those less deserving that refuse to contribute. That is one of my greatest fears right now. To have my individuality snuffed out before it has a chance to blossom. To have my daughters individuality crushed out of her before she even realizes how important it is. Well all I can say is this whatever then end result of this election. I hope that having my freedom to speak out and say whats on my mind is not taken from me. I am the voice that refuses to be silenced. Because what I am saying is not popular or what the others want to hear.
